Someone told me that can't add a bank card and need a bank account. What does a bank account mean? What difference does bank card have?

A "Bank Account" is a type of deposit account offered by banks or other financial institution. Examples are Checking (Current) or Savings accounts.

A "Bank Card" refers to a card which can either be Credit or Debit; it's typically used to withdrawal from ATM's or make purchases at stores. It can be based on VISA or MASTERCARD member networks.

if you use a bank debit card to withdraw money,you get your money faster but there will be a fee,so go to Paypal and read
