PayPal cases open with goods
 

Hello. Some admin closed my thread so I’m reopening it again for help.


The guy who is trying to scam me he has responded back to my case (Item has not been received) what should I do for this to resolve it ?

Your thread was likely deleted because you gave the impression that you're the one scamming. You said yourself you purchased a digital item, received/used it, then opened an INR case several weeks later claiming that the digital item you purchased wasn't delivered in the mail.

Who's really scamming here? In what way has the seller scammed you if you got the digital item you bought?

What kind of question is that? If you've really been ripped off in some way, your next steps would be trying to communicate with the seller through the case you've opened before escalating it for review by Paypal.

Oh that’s why I’m not trying too scam I’m the buyer and I paid $300 and I did not receive the digital item and the seller has replied back to the case saying he delivered item by person not through post so no tracking. What should I do?

If you have bought an item,digital or physical and receive nothing,then file dispute with your cc issuer ,ebay or Paypal.
It seems you have posted several times on this forum,you file item not received with PAYPAL,seller response that he delivered in person means he has no tracking to show it has been delivered so he wil lose INAD DISPUTE.
so escalate to Paypal involved or jus go to your cc issuer and file a chargeback.
You need to read up on buyer and seller protection

Yes it’s a digital item and I didn’t receive it through mail also did try contacting seller and they just ignored. I only opened 1 or 2 disputed threads and they got closed for some reason.. the seller did not do any delivery In person he is completely lying because he’s in USA Texas and I’m in uk and it’s item not received case I don’t know weather I should respond back or call PayPal.

We can't suggest anything. You just need to wait it out and see what paypal says. They have the final say.

Don't waste your time and energy and especially a whole saturday dwelling about it.

The amount of precious time I have wasted just sitting in my arm chair thinking about $hit I have no control over.

Just wait to hear back from paypal and go out and enjoy yourself today ...

I feel terrible right now bro it’s $300 I sent and I cannot believe seller is lying about it. No not yet.

what does he mean digital goods? like passwords for sites? mobile apps?

No need to call Paypal,just go to your account,look up the case and see if you can escalate to PAypal review

There's a few varieties of digital items commonly sold on eBay and all of the sellers selling them seem to end up here sooner or later.

Subscriptions, license keys, game money, pre-made accounts, etc. None of them do very well on eBay.
