i m from turkey so you know it doesnt run in Turkey anymore. So i opened a USA account in my real name but a usa number and address to keep selling on ebay and linked my both accounts, ebay to paypal. I used that account for about 3 months with no problem. However to my stupidness i tried to get a paypal cash card and i used my friend's address for it to be posted in USA. Then they asked me for additional documents like ssn and DOB. I used to work in USA in 2007 for 3 months and i had an ssn then and i used that card to be approved and i sent them but after that they realized everything and they asked me i have never used the account within usa and cant use it in turkey and wont be able to use it until i get usa. And i had a Turkish paypal account too. So i cannot use 2-3 paypal accounts in my name and closed it. Then i opened different accounts both in usa and uk with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names using vpn this time( the first time with usa one i didnt know that i should have used a vpn) and linked those accounts to the same ebay account again but whenever i do so they sent me that my account has been temporarily limited and they need extra information about me i sent some ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents but all has been refused and the accounts have been closed. But why? do you think it is because i link the same ebay account each time and they detect it?

It's more likely that your accounts got limited due to your pattern in selling rather than being linked. Your eBay account is aged and already has activity, the problem is with your newly created payPal accounts. It looks like you are selling your items straight away after creating the accounts. PayPal will have to Suspend you because of lack of history.

linking your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Paypal account to your ebay account triggers alert for Paypal to look further into your past-
Never pair your new stealth Paypal account with existing Ebay account

Thanks all for your replies. I was suspecting on the same possible reason: linking the same ebay account to the new PayPal accounts. But what else can I do? If I open a new ebay account it needs time to be known by people and all my positive feedback will go to rubbish. But today I have learnt that ebay started a service called "managed payments" I think with that the seller can accept credit cards. Will I be able to use that service? I think ebay invites some eligible accounts to use it.

One last question

if i open a new pp account can i use my current transferwise gbp account to that? or they will again detect it? i successfully added that to the previous account before it was closed

if you are invited ,and approved,then you dont need Paypal.
It is called Ayden,dont lie about where you are,tell them you are in Turkey.

you mean not lieing to ebay?

what about adding the old TW account to the new PP account? will it cause problems?

dont know your TW account,you can add a bank account and a credit/debit to one Paypal account only

TW account is transferwise account I use as a bank account for UK PayPal but doesn't matter tw or payoneer or normal bank account what I mean is adding the old bank account from the closed accounts to the new account?

You made a stupid mistake of applying for a Paypal cash card and using your friend USA address with your SSN,you are in Turkey,what can this Paypal cash card do for you?

I agree that was my stupidness but doesn't that card work worldwide all atms. Why I tried that was I transfer the money from PayPal to payoneer and all these platforms charge me you know that's why.

So let me ask one more I opened a new account now on pp but Shall I use the previous bank account I used for my closed account?

(1) what kind of PAYPAL cash card do you have,Paypal has more than one.

1) I don’t have because in applying process I was banned
2) what kind of trouble? It doesn’t haven’t trouble I just opened it and sold an item on ebay which I mentioned before since they recognized the ebay they closed the account. That’s all
