paypal status: one month old. ssn confirmed. vcc confirmed. vba confirmed.

Can I link Vanilla gift card and shopping online via paypal? If it works please guide me how to do it. I will pay for the info . Thanks.

Go ahead and give it a try sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t I think they look at other things as well before allowing you to add those banks
