180 Days passed, But can't add the bank account to Withdraw the funds

Hello everyone,

my limited paypal account the 180 days passed and they removed the bank account from the paypal, I called them but they said their system has blocked the bank account and i will need to add another bank account which i don't have...

my options are limited the bank account that i used to withdraw on is "TransferWise" and they won't let me add it again,

They told me I can transfer the funds to another Paypal account to friends or someone I know but I wouldn't do that...

I can't also transfer it to my Payoneer as my Payoneer is already linked to another paypal stealth...

I live in Egypt so my options are very limited, Tried Revolut and uaccount and those online banks but my country isn't available for all of them also monese and monzo

The Paypal is a UK account.

Don't count on them allowing you to transfer the balance to another paypal - Ive never seen that happen and Ive never known them to allow an account that is limited to send a payment.

Any other solution though to convince them to add the bank account that they deleted from the paypal account?

He has a UK Paypal account,he will have to link a UK bank?
Many Paypal customer service staff are new,they just dont know ?

he is in Egypt but has a UK PAYPAL account,he cant link a Egyptian bank,and it wont take his transferwise bank.
His Payoneer bank is linked to another Paypal account.

monese and revolut offer eu bank and uk bank for free

As Mentioned I'm from Egypt, only accounts that work in Egypt are Transferwise and Payoneer I guess if you have something like them please let me know.

how did you open transferwise bank acc without being in UK ? stealth wont work

Can you make another Payoneer account and link it? or maybe contact Transferwise or Payoneer to create you a new bank account and try to link it.

Transferwise won't create another bank account, but payoneer might the problem I've already a bank account from payoneer linked to paypal...

Update : They told me after a mobile phone authentication they will manually re-add my bank account but have to call them back after 48 hours, so 24 hours left, let's see...

Transferwise gives you EU and UK bank accounts when you open it normally.
