Time of day you withdrawal - Does it matter?

For the first time in 6 years my last transfer was late. I always found myself rushing to make the transfer before the 7pm et cutoff time, by one minute, with several being processed at 7pm. When the 1 day transfers were introduced, Friday night transfers always hit the bank by 12:01am Saturday.

My last wd was a few hours before 7pm Friday, it didn't hit my bank unril late Monday.

you should give it some more time as sometimes paypal hold the payments for security review but i don't think that's really usual so...
