VBA for UK Paypal

I need help. I am make stealth UK Paypal but can't find vba.
I am try Payoneer but not work.

Anyone know some vba which work on UK Paypal?

You don't need a VBA; you just need a VCC for a UK PayPal.

You can find one in this forum's marketplace section.

I have only vcc attached, I am not from UK and not have UK bank.
I will use this Paypal to send money to another or spend.

I don't believe Ive ever seen a VBA for the UK. The US used to have those but those are not realy sold any longer.
