Ebay ok PayPal issue

Need some help in understanding
I have an old ebay account which has been running well for a long time however PayPal banned me for having 2 accounts even though one was personal and one business
I want to know c
Can i open a stealth PayPal account and link it to my OLD ebay account without any problems

No - the new PP would be linked to the 2 old (banned) PP's. It could work for a couple of months but you would be living on borrowed time if that happened.

Best practice is to start fresh with a new eB + PP.. as hard as that can be.

@OP, while I prefer just going fresh, there are numerous stories of linking new pp with an old eb - the time of having success varies however as phaz indicated...never know when it could go down.
