Paypal Suspension permanently
 

I had my eBay and my Paypal very well in good standing for about 8 months, only sell Nerium products, they suspended my eBay account forever and told me I cannot no longer sell on eBay anymore, I kept selling the same products on Bonanza with my Paypal account today after 3 weeks of my eBay suspension my Paypal account got limited permanently today, what's going on with Paypal, no one cannot sell nerium products with Paypal anymore?... this is the message I received today and called them and told me cannot be reinstated....

After a recent review of your account activity, we've determined you are in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. As a result, we've permanently limited your account.

Please remove all references to PayPal from your website(s) and/or auction(s). This includes not only removing PayPal as a payment option, but also the PayPal logo and PayPal shopping cart.

Per the User Agreement, when PayPal permanently limits an account due to an Acceptable Use Policy violation, any funds on your account are held for 180 days. After 180 days, if applicable, we'll contact you with information on how to withdraw any money in your PayPal account.

Should any chargebacks result in your account balance falling below zero, then you'll also need to settle the amount owed to PayPal to avoid further action.

Did you get a Vero notice from Nerium or lots of complaints from customers?

What was the volume you usually sell at each month?

Yes, I got Vero notice from Nerium on eBay, but that was 2 months ago, I was selling well my products with Paypal, I was selling not to much a month, about 3-5 units...

Can you just paste the Vero email in here?

And you sure it's just 1 email warning and listing removal?

Hmmm.... I’m actually very familiar wit Nerium.
Im assuming you weren’t a brand partner were you?
Also the photos are stock?
