Paypal asking invoice for not existing transaction
 

Hello all.

What should i do in that case ?

Have sold item on Ebay. Buyer still didnt paid ( no transactions in paypal ) but paypal has limited my account already and asking ID and Provide invoices .

For what i need to provide invoice if there is no any transaction ?

When they ask for invoices, they want an invoice for the item you sold. An invoice from your supplier - not an invoice from you to your buyer.

Do you have the receipt of the item still?

Yes i have ! But in general.

Thare is no any transaction. Just in ebay it is sold but not paid. Then for what they asking invoice ? I know they need this invoice for this item which has sold on ebay, but why i need to provide to paypal if there is no transaction for them !?

I've seen this before. Paypal bots can see what is listed on ebay without there being any transaction history.

The limitation stated "We've noticed that you've started selling items that might be potentially risky". They requested invoices and ID.

Use Paypal Live Chat and ask them which item they specifically require an invoice for.
