What is PayPal asking for in this message below.


Please confirm the identity of users with money-moving privileges on your account before access is given.

Never seen that before.

Why do you think they asked that ? have you been logging in via VPN / Tethering ? withdrawing to multiple bank accounts using the same Paypal ?

I don’t know this account was limited in March 2019 and they was asking for ID proof so I added a passport with same details and provided too PayPal and after that they permanently limited my account now after 5 months I logged back in and I seen this notification.


When I started selling on eBay I did use a vpn service and I didn’t withdraw nothing yet.

It's just a paypal glitch then.

I have had the same thing happen to me ... or should I say similar thing.

Account was limited but then after a month or two when I log back in I am asked to provide docs again, which I did. Account has been in the "we will get back to you in a few days" status for over 7 weeks now.

Once it is limited, it's gone. Move on to a new stealth.

Ok. Will I get that money back though? I have worked hard for it and they can’t do this to their customers hold money for 6 months they’re not allowed too.

No I haven’t moved it yet. I’m waiting for the limitation to be removed and then I will move money straight away.

Oh right I completely forgot that Paypal releases funds that they withhold after 6 months.

In that case it just appears that you have been unlucky because they are requesting docs before they release your funds.

This is apparently common now. I haven't been stealthing long enough to know otherwise but what i have read on here is that they used to just release funds after 6 months with no issues ... but more than often now they are asking for docs again.

I’ll call them instead off providing docs again and tell them to release i provided docs first what they asked for and they decided to permanently limited they can’t do it again.

They can perm limit at any time actually so be careful

Well they have been holding my money for 5 months and actually they ain’t allowed to do that should report it next time.


That’s why no one should use PayPal and eBay should allow credit card to be used instead.

Of course they are allowed to. If not theyvwouldnt do it. You might see your money in 6 months and thats not guaranteed.

Seen some YouTube videos and pp say they’re not allowed I can report them
.

Why can’t I see it in 6 months it’s my money and not there’s gaypal got some dumb policy rules. And that’s good eBay are leaving them next year fingers crossed.
