Transferwise alternative for Canadian?

I just came across a thread regarding the issue when withdrawing funds to

transferwise and the account might get blocked because they don't

support paypal withdraw. Is there an alternative for Canadian?

Looking for something similar to transferwise.

I have the same name Canadian PP and transferwise account.
Does transferwise only open a USA virtual Bank account or can I open a virtual Canadian bank account even I don't live there anymore?

Its unclear from your post what paypal youre referring to - is it a Canadian or US paypal account that you need to withdraw the funds from?
