hi guys i hope you can help me .
i have stelth paypal
before 4 month i linked my paypal to payonner.
everything work grait.i transfer from paypal to payonner 5 times
on the last transfer i transfer 700$ from paypal to payonner and payonner stop the transfer and ask :the name on your paypal its jon and your payonner name its caplon,why?
i told them thet jon its my partner.
payonner dont got this .and dont give me to transfer money any more from paypal to payonner.
i go to my wife payonner and know paypal dont give me to conect the payonner.
i try to send money from paypal to paypal and its not give me too.
i talk with them on the chet.
this is what they told me

i wnt to say thet the account not sospend.
now i even cant send money to another paypal,its write me "we cant do it know"or sonthing like this

Call paypal and talk to them about it.

You should not be transferring funds out all the time, but withdrawing to a bank account as what you are doing is looked at as really risky from PP.

Let us know what happens.

Who i can call them ,its stealth usa acount,im from Israel, what i tell them ?
I speak with them on chet ,its ok too?
What i can telling them?
