Biz acct with an action alert, but it says I'm fine when I click the link.
 

I have a business account. When I log in it says "You have an account alert" and asks me to verify my business identity by submitting documents. But when I click on the link it provides to do so, it says "Thanks! You’re all set. Everything checked out". I haven't submitted any documents. Why does it give me a account alert even though it says that I'm all set? Will this clear on it's own? It's been a while. Or should I contact customer service to deal with it? I avoid speaking to humans at paypal. From past experience, that never goes well. Other than that alert message, my account works normally. Should I just ignore it?

Same here. Except I already upgraded to business and added my taxpayer stuff, so I thought it was weird that they'd ask again....And when I went to re-add it, it said they already received it, etc...but the little bell up top still has a red number alert....
