eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Vanilla Visa Not Working For Paypal

This is exactly what I think as well. One more nail in the coffin for stealth.

Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Can you set up the PayPal with bank and link that with eBay to allow listing of items on ebay or is that dead also?

How can you even get around this at all?

I can say 100% they have completely phased it all out.

the way you get around it is by quitting paypal stealth and getting a regular job at mcdonalds or burger king.

what are the 4 digits which tell you the issuer?
it should be the third thru 6th digit of the card number

I bought a vanilla nonreloadable gift card, set the zipcode and waited a few hours and it did not work. It said to try a different card. I tried again the next day and got the same issue. I'm going to just buy a vcc from the marketplace here
