In that case you must provide them the requested receipt. If you do not have it, explain them how did you received the payment and you must show enough evidence to stand your words.

Why would you use PayPal for this type of business?

Cash or bank transfer.

Either provide them what they are asking for or potentially say goodbye to the funds. Very 'high risk' business.

I would submit several receipts for cleaning supplies you used in your job(s).
