Help please !!

Hello there. For the first time in a long time, I passed ebay and sold it with your help. I'm having trouble with paypal right now. I approved my bank. I had no problems here. Now the sale was made, the money came to my paypal account. My Paypal wants my ID. This is a secret account, the information is not mine. How can I get over it?
