How To Add Payoneer to PayPal Without Account Getting Banned!
 

Recently I’ve seen a lot of people mentioning Payoneer won't work with PayPal or that PayPal won't work with Payoneer, but this is incorrect information and upon doing further research I figured out what the issue was preventing confirmation and limiting your account and how to solve the problem.

So, if you have a Payoneer account you should know the USD bank they usually issue is a First Century Bank. It can be from 3 banks (First Century, Bank of America or Community Federal Savings) but most often it is First Century. PayPal can add this bank without problem and send the 2-small deposit to it without issue. The problem with this is once PayPal try to retrieve/withdraw the deposits back the First Century Bank (Not Payoneer) would report this as unauthorized and PayPal would limit your account for this.

So how to add my Payoneer ACH USD Bank Account to PayPal? You have several ways and I'll try to make it simple.

Method 1. Add First Century to PayPal, wait on the 2 small deposits, confirm them with PayPal, receive the account limitation, contact PayPal by phone, and confirm the 2 small deposits while on the phone with the representative. I have done this for 2 separate accounts now and each time the limitation wanted me to provide a copy of my photo ID however when over the phone all the reps wanted was me to confirm the deposits and change my account password.

Method 2. Just like above do everything mentioned, but instead of confirming the 2 small deposits you can confirm the bank by uploading a First century bank statement to PayPal. Unfortunately, a Payoneer statement will not work as Payoneer is not a banking institution and PayPal wouldn't accept a Payoneer statement anyways. This is still possible with a First Century Bank Statement or Template which luckily, I have possession of. Once you edited and uploaded the template to the rep while over the phone you should be good to go. Private message me if you need help with this method.

Method 3. Payoneer is well aware of this issue that happens when trying to add first century to PayPal as many people try this on a daily basis, so they offer a work around. If you are issued a First Century Bank, you can contact Payoneer support by phone and request to receive a Bank of America Bank Account instead which I do not assume would have the same issues. If it does however block PayPal’s retrieval of the deposits, you can again just contact PayPal support with the 2 small deposits or a BOA statement.

I figured most of this information out while being on the phone with PayPal and Payoneer. I successfully removed the PayPal limit and confirmed my bank account. At least now I know I can make unlimited withdrawals into my Payoneer Account from my PayPal account without issue, the only thing I haven't tested with this is seeing if I can make Deposits into my PayPal account from my Payoneer. The PayPal rep assured me this is doable since I successfully verified my bank, but I have yet to try it. I will share details when I have funds in my PayPal to do this. And FYI When on the phone with PayPal do not tell them the bank was issued from Payoneer just say it was directly from First Century and you have not set up online banking so you cannot do an instant verification.

If you try to add First Century bank , paypal will not allow you, I get MSG we can not process your request try again later

You can just call them and they will help you with adding the bank. There's multiple ways they can you.

I have never had luck in adding a payoneer that is in different name to a paypal.

Payoneer does not automatically accept mismatch names, however they do accept mismatch names but you will have to manually get this done. Here is a quote from a payoneer community member about the topic. Link Here.

"We can only make an exception if you provide us with an explanation as to why the name is not your own, and written consent/ID documents from the individual to whom the payment was issued."

I have the same issue with First century with $600 in the PayPal with "Collect Money", they're not letting me withdraw money. How would I go about getting a US number to contact PayPal (as I am not from the US)? Are you able to assist me with this? Temple

I had thousands of payments in different names on Paypal UK, haven't tried payoneer in a couple years though I think. I started getting ID requests on accounts

You can link ANY Payoneer to ANY PayPal account with ANY name, the problem is when you try to withdraw. Read the Original Post completely as it answered this already.

I added payoneer to my account no limitation or problems so I don’t know what to say,I added the bank waited for deposits and put them in and it was confirmed

Was the bank a USA Firstcentury Bank from Payoneer? If so please update me with the account status after 24 hours has passed.

10months ago not a problem maybe they look at things like IP etc yes first century bank

I added it and it was removed after I confirmed it but I called and had it re-added since I already confirmed it.

Account never got banned or limited though, just the bank was removed so I got it re added and my withdrawals are as good as can be.

How long do one have to wait after adding payoneer bank account on a limited account after 180 days? I have been trying to withdraw over 1 month now and it's not going through. Given it must time already.

Using a stealth paypal and stealth payoneer but both names match. To work around mismatch names you can use a business paypal account and have funds sent in your paypal business name

The question isn't how long do you have to wait, sometimes (usually most of the time) you have to call in to get support to manually approve your withdrawal. Even if you received the email stating your funds are now eligible for release. I advise you to either hire someone to withdraw for you or you do your research and gather all information they may request because the more you mess up or fail the verification process (If there is one) the harder it would be to get the funds out.

No need to call anymore you can just contact them thru live chat and choose confirm a bank account and then they will ask you to receive a txt code to your number then you will be able to link it again without their help just try it :clap:

OK, here's the real question: How did you create a stealth payoneer account? Don't they require that you submit an ID?

If this is true, You are my new best friend! But please clarify though if you were referring to adding the payoneer banks to a healthy account or withdrawing money from 180 day limited account with funds eligible for release.

It all depends on your country, USA payoneer have not been asking for ID lately, just SSN and Bank info. I'm sure they will ask for it if you receive a certain amount of funds in the account.

I am able to add payoneer to EU accounts but no luck usa first century bank accounts, @temple do i need to call PayPal or payoneer for this?

You may need to call paypal, but now it appears you don't need to call but just instant chat with them using there new chat feature.

I'm afraid i cant answer this question as I only use USA accounts, so I do not have any results from other countries.

So far no success.
1 i am in Europe. created US Paypal account added community Federal bank account that i have from transferwise. verified with 2 small deposits from paypal. sent 100$ from my Eu paypal to that US paypal. i received money in transferwise bank account but account also removed from PAypal. customer care said its virtual and because of issue in past with virtual account they are not allowed.

2. got community Federal bank account from payoneer but same story happened as in number 1 above.

3. First century bank from payoneer. verified but when i tried to send 50$ from US paypal to First century bank account. account get limited now they are asking for bank statement.

4 added BOA account from payoneer to us paypal and waiting for 2 small payments to verify. not sure if this will be successful trying my best
