How can I open US PayPal account If I am not live in USA

Hey,

I want to create US PayPal account with real US bank account (not virtual like Payoneer)

Can I do that? If not, If I know someone live in USA, can he do that for me?

Yes, you can buy usa bank account online. But be very careful, lots of rippers and this is also very expensive.
