Bank account on 2 paypal accounts?
 

So basically my stealth paypal account cant send payments from balance so i contacted paypal support and they said i have to give them the tax payer number to be able to use my balance (paypal account is not limited, its in good standing) so what I want to do it remove add a bank account and withdraw the money to it then unlink it then add it to a new paypal account, is it possible? (it's a REAL Chase bank account, not VBA)

It's not worth the risk of linking - plus I'm not sure if USA pp allows reuse of the bank account ...used to be that you can't reuse a bank account but there might have been changes I am not sure of...

OP is not in US/
YOU CAN Remove the bank account before you close the paypal account,you may have to wait months since there were recent activities.
But I doubt you can link it to a completely dfferen PAYPAL ACCOUNT

in some instances it might be allowed to use the same bank on two different accounts, however I wouldn't recommend it.
Normally you can remove a bank/card from an account and it right away to an other account without issues.

I agree to this, i was able to add a bank account from my old limited paypal to a new one

More importantly, how are you going to get around nit using paypal balance and only withdrawing? What you are suggesting is to use the same bank account on multiple paypal accounts as a withdrawing method. This will not work long term.

what i wanted to do is link the bank account to the old paypal account then withdraw all the money then unlink it and close the account, then i link the bank again to a new stealth paypal

When you remove it and link it to another bank, your accounts will be linked and hammered

I see even if the first account is in good standing? because i was browsing the forums and some people said it might work fine so not sure

You can reuse a bank acct to get money out of a second limited acct. Kinda funny

American expat when they are moving to another country,they would remove the bank account from their US PAYPAL account ,then once they settle down in the new country,they will open a new Paypal account in that country and link the US bank account.
But the US and foreign Paypal accounts are registered to the same person,but in OP case,he is trying to link the bank account to one Paypal account to withdraw the fund,unlink it and then link it to a steath account.
I am not sure Paypal will let you relink to a Paypal account which has different names??
also they may not let you remove that bank account shortly after you transfer the fund to that bank account,based on my own experience,I have to wait like 3-6 months,just in case something went wrong with the payment you have transferred??
you can always try,but I would wait a weeks before doing so.
