I'm planning to make new stealth account in philippines because I'm going home next week. Then if i come back here at Canada can i use it?

you can't open in different county unless you use vpn or vps

I spend a great deal of my time in PI. Why do you want to use a Phils PP account from Canada? Do you have a means to withdrawal?

Finding a PH VPN may prove difficult mainly because there are not a lot of providers in that country; there's only two main telcos; Globe & Smart/PLDT, and they both suck.

Your best option might be a proxy, but you will need to find one.

No, it's different.

My suggestion will be to make an account based on where you reside.
It really makes things a lot easier for you.

I know someone who's using PayPal PH in the US, and she's using the GCash App to withdraw the funds of her PH PP. Just keep the cookies/history - you should be good!

For sure, she's not using any VPN. She's on a plan on AT&T or Verizon.

yeah better if u make the paypal right now while your in canada. and try not to log in when your in philipines or it MAY raise flags. u dont want to take chances.

it MAY be fine cuz your using the same laptop (hopefully), but its still a risk.

better not to do it
