How can I withdraw my money from PayPal when the account is not in my name?
 

If I buy a stealth account, they will give me data that is not my real data. After I make sales and my available balance I want to withdraw it to my real PayPal account. How can I do that if the stealthy PayPal account is not mine? What is the best way to transfer to my real paypal account from the stealthy paypal account and not reject the transfer or be suspicious for paypal?

Your flag shows you are in Venezuela, but I don't think Venezuela has PayPal.

If you are referring to USA PayPal accounts, you need to use your real details (with SSN verification) to spend or send funds. If not, your only available option is to withdrawal to a USA bank account. The account names DO NOT have to match since most real banks do allow mismatching name deposits.

As indicated above, unless you have an SSN verified account, you cannot SEND or SPEND your balance, period. You cannot buy such accounts legally since doing so would involve identity theft.

Your only option is to withdrawal to a USA bank account. Do you have access to a US bank?
