so if you call PP from a phone that is not listed on the acct, PP will refuse to help you in any way because the system now blocks them???

ive experienced this multiple times now.

anyone else?????????

but what if you lost your sim card or it has expired ???

cant you just add a new one?

never try to call Paypal,as the wait is too long and most staff do not know or give erroneous information

but last nite when I logged into my Paypal account,a screen pops up,the terms of using Paypal,it said selling counterfeits could get our account restricted!!!!!

So, you mean to say if I use PayPal to sell *AKES, they will restrict my account??

I am just telling you what the pop up screen said,I dont sell counterfeit,I thought it was like slap on the wrist,but it said it could restrict your account.
go to the site and check it out yourself.
(it makes sense if AMZN,PAYPAL,EBAY etc will be held accountable for what is sold on its site or process payment for xxxx items)

No, I have called them from a different line and they just asked to verify the account and if I want to add this number to the account.

Not sure why they'd treat you differently

Then quit selling phake collectibles. Pretty simple!

I've been all over Paypal recently and haven't seen any such messages.

If you phone them from mobile, then hide your number and call them. this way you can get help quickly.

This might work different for US and EU PP.

The way I do it in Europe is I call them using Skype. It's cheaper than doing international calls with my operator. They always give me a 6-digit passcode to verify it's me and they ask for some basic details like name and email.
