Creating new US PayPal with SSN
 

Hello,
is there, at the moment, a way to create a new US PayPal on my own name while I do have SSN? I used to work in US but I'm not in US anymore and probably won't be soon. Is there any way to open a US bank acc without visiting US or is any VBA working to open an US PayPal?

Well it's not the address that I live in but I think that the address issue can be walked around easily with many virtual addresses providers?

why do you want to open a US pAYPAL account if you are not in USA?
They could start asking for US passport,utility bills,driver license ?
also are you going to sell ,then what is the return address if your buyer wants to return the item?
if you use a phony address,then the item wil go to that address

How do you expect to withdrawal from a USA PayPal? Do you have access to a US bank account or can get one?

I think he will feed the PayPal monster more money. It won't work.

I kinda agree with Nicko, this is tough.

Have you ever tried opening an EU or even UK account since you're in Poland?

Yup, I've got EU account, however most of my sales are in US and I earn in USD. Because I've got non US PayPal, I'm charged more for each international transaction and I cannot withdrawal money in USD so I'm losing money on PayPal exchange charges again. What is more, a lot of US sellers don't accept international PayPal so I need to spend quite a lot of time to work it around. Having an US PayPal would just make the things easier. So, anybody succeded in opening US Bank Account without visiting US? Or have any Virtual BA that is still accepted by US PayPal? Or do you guys have another tip for me that could improve my situation?

what do you mean US sellers wont accept intl paypal?
do you mean they dont ship overseas?
There is no way to know if a buyer is using Paypal balance,bank fund or cc/debit cards when they make payment thru Paypal/
you can keep your Poland Paypal account and say in your profile,you want to keep your US $ PAYMENT IN us dollars,then you get a separate balance in US dollars ,you can then use it to pay US sellers.
no exchange fee,no conversion fee.
you can have as many separate currency balances in your Paypal account,you pay conversion fee and exchange fee only when you want to convert to your local currency

No one here is selling VBA,and if you visit USA,and you said you have a SSN,but bank would need your USA address
