How to spend paypal funds
 

Hello, last week I created my first stealth paypal from germany and everything gone smooth or, so I thought. I verified it with an online number and same name bank account with foreign iban. No credit card so far. I tried to pay with the foreign bank account but the answer was a big NO, so I tried charging 50€ on paypal funds but I can't use them for paying. I tried to contact the kundeservice and their answer with "call us". I don't speak a word of German (neither english is my first language as you can read) so I prefer avoid a conversation with them :bounce:

Any idea about how i can pay using paypal funds?

You cant, been that way for months UNLESS it is a legit verified paypal in your name

You aren't responding to a USA member and it doesn't sound like this member is using a USA account.

@OP - It's probably just a matter of building trust for your account. Newer accounts always have problems trying to send payments. You need to build up a positive transaction history for at least a couple of weeks before you start trying to send any money out of the account.

It's a german paypal account. Don't know if I need to specify that i've not linked it with ebay and so far the transaction are the 2 deposit to verify the bank account and a fund charge of 50 euros, so we are not speaking of big money.

So the only activity on your account aside from the two test deposits is you adding 50 euros to it? How did you add money to it?

how did he add 50 to his account?
He could have another paypal account sending him that 50?
have you tried linking a credit card

Do EU accounts have the same sending restrictions like USA?

@phazorz yes those are the only activities. I add the money with a top up card.

They don't.

You probably need more activity on the account before you try that. People always have problems trying to spend money on new accounts, and your circumstances are especially suspicious from PP's point of view.

ok, so 1 million dollar question: if I dont use it for ebay, and i can't pay with the funds or the linked bank account... how can I build trust?

Use it for small Ebay sales or get payed from some other website, your ecommerce shop for example.

Also don't be afraid to call them. You can call the UK call center. They won't ask you to speak german, customer support there is English only. They don't care if you can't speak it well. Most likely they will help you a lot more than anyone here :)

I suggest you wait some time, and try to make some small payments over the time. Maybe even get some small incoming transfers.

I've got a 1 million dollar question too : What do you need a stealth paypal for, if you wont use it with eBay?

You can use those to purchase online services and/or exchange to bitcoin etc....
