can i attach my payoneer bank informations with my stealth paypal account
for money withdrawal, it's a new bank account but with my real information that got suspended by ebay

You can't attach Payoneer bank with PP anymore they stopped a long time ago!

Good luck finding solution as i have read on multiple ocassions...

Paayoneer is not gone. You have to call paypal sometimes to do this

you still can attach it to paypal, i've done it before, you just need to call them and tell them the bank name that payoneer gives you which in most cases Bank of america and other information they will ask you about, and it will goes well

like i said you need to call them and don't tell them it's payoneer, just say the bank information that payoneer gives you

Ok I am asking because the do not allow to add my Bank of America account. They keep saying that is a Payonner account /: and it is a valid Bank of America account

via bankbranch or Payoneer bank?

if you open your BAC account on BAC website or go to a branch,it should work.

I opened in a BofA branch, when I traveled to Miami in vacations like 6 years ago, it is not payoneer /: ( I also have a debit and credit card)

They keep saying that the account is payoneer because of the routing number. I did my research and this is a common problem for South American users.

BofA uses multiple routing numbers for for the same bank, research and try another.

So payoneer will provide a "unique" or at least a new bank account number that might work with paypal if you call them.

Can confirm that the default one on the account when I registered didn't work.
Those that say it still works when did you last try this?

It's long known that Payoneer and PayPal don't work well together.

Your only option is to call them, or try adding the bank via the phone system IVR instead of using the web interface. You might also try adding the bank via the mobile app.

Just be sure the IP address you are using is NOT a VPN, proxy, or some common data center IP service. PayPal's security system is getting more strict about that.

Payoneer bank account won't be added to PP. I mean it will be,but PP will send 2 deposits for confirmation. And payonner accounts are made only to receive funds. When PP didn't get back those 2 deposits - payoneer account will be unlinked and flagged. That is rule.

for non US paypal, you can still attach payoneer
have done it multiple times..
sometimes you need to call pp support to attach it, but it works

I thought every PP site has the same scheme: PP sends deposits with 4digits code,after you enters codes at PP,they confirm your bank,but deposits should return back to PP. And that is the point where error appears. If you are saying that there is no such problem with non US PP sites,does that means that they operates under different scheme? :faint:
When calling to US PP to confirm Payoneer US bank, they told you that it is impossible to do manually.

just call ppl and they will attach it to you, thats what most people do

Despite even on the fact that PP can't return deposits? In early 2014 when I had the same issue with Payoneer - I've sent a message to PP CS and they connected manually my bank. A few month ago(in May I suppose) I've tried to do the same,but CS told that bank account can be linked only in automatic mode by the system.

different routing numbers are set up for good reason,you cannot use a different routing number for your account.
It sounds like it is the combination of routing and account number which tells Paypal it is a Pioneer account.
Pioneer goes around to different banks and open accounts in its name,this is how Paypal finds out,
