New PayPal after permanent limitation
 
My PayPal was permanently banned 3 days ago, I tried to make a new PayPal under my name and link my other card/bank account but I woke up to it being limited again because they linked the same info on the account. If I was to make an PayPal under my wife’s name, would it work? We would share the same address but everything else would be different.

I feel you have no idea when PayPal or eBay banned you what to do then. Buy stealth book first then make another id. You need to learn how to make id in a safe way. Otherwise they will block you again.
