PayPal Limited
 

My PayPal was limited forever due to me having “high risk transactions” and having multiple PayPal accounts at one time. I made a new PayPal last night but it got limited this morning, it had the same info but different card/bank account. If I was to make a new account under my wife’s name and everything was different except for my address. Would that work?

Doesn't sound like you know much about stealth and about the many many factors that ebay and paypal use to link accounts.
BEFORE you 'burn' your wife's info be sure to do your research. Getting the stealth guide would probably be a good idea for you.

sounds like maybe you should buy the stealth guide and get an idea of how Paypal links accounts. Once you get a decent idea of the basics, then come back here with more specific questions.

To answer your question, EVERYTHING must be new. You will need a new IP, make some adjustments on your computer, phone number, etc...

if you dont want to pay for stealth,then go to your in law house and open an account for your wife with their address,and access her paypal account from their house .
if you want to access her account from yours,then find out how.
