Paypal Different Address

So I've read the whole stealth guide and I'm ready to make a new PayPal account under my wife's name. The one issue is that when I got limited on my main PayPal they asked me to show proof of address such as a utility bill. If I Was to use an virtual address or an address close to mine, how would that work?
