UK and US paypal withdrawal

I do not have any documents to provide to paypal and my UK paypal get limited. May i know how to withdraw after 180days limited UK Paypal? I have payoneer, can i add it and withdraw the fund?

My understanding is that Paypal UK will insist on getting documents from you after the 180 days are up, before they'll let you withdraw. So you'll probably have to get creative in the document department.
