PayPal Debit/Credit Card

Hello all,

I'm new here, I've looked through similar questions on the forum but couldn't find the exact answer I am after, unless I have worded it incorrectly?

I am basically looking at a stealth ebay and paypal combination, I just want to be able to sell and withdraw anonymously if possible.

I am wondering if anyone can help me answer the below:

1) Is there anyway you can use a paypal debit/credit card to withdraw money from a stealth account? I would like to use this method so I don't need to deposit to my bank account and just use the money straight from an ATM.

2) If I use different bank accounts on paypal over a period of time, does this flag up if I am changing where I am depositing to?

3) Is it worth sending to multiple friends/family in less regular intervals to overcome this?

Paypal has a debit card which tap your paypal balance backed by bank fund from a bank which you linked to your Paypal account,if you use it as a credit card,you get 1% cash rebate from Paypal.
Another debit card has a fee of 4.95 a month,you can add money to it,it keeps your money in a FDIC account with Bankcorp Bank,you can link it to your Paypal account and move money back and forth between the two.
but both cards will need your SSN,date of birth and your home address.
they are available to US accounts only.
