PayPal account now showing "Accept Money"
 

i can't send my money to another PayPal account as i have been able to do in the past.

Now it says "Accept the Money"

If i try to send the money to another paypal account it prompts me to create a paypal cash account.

It says
"Use the $XX.XX USD you have waiting
First, let's set you up with a PayPal Cash account."

& gives me no other option.

It then takes me to a page to provide the last 4 of ssn/tin and dob!!

i can provide dob but not social? what do i do??? i can't access my money?

It says transfer to a bank or mail a check but i usually just send to another paypal account???? i know you guys are going to say not to do that. but forget that---

is there a way to by pass this "PayPal cash bull****".


ALSO, if i try to make an eBay purchase it doesn't let me use my available balance!?! damn this sucks big time straight up.

AHHHHHHHHHHHH! so mad i hate ebay/paypal!! but i also love ebay/ i really just hate paypal.

All USA accounts require a "PayPal Cash/Cash Plus" option in order to SEND or SPEND your balance. This means you need an account that is identity confirmed with SSN/DOB.

Your only remaining option it to withdrawal to a bank account.

There is no known work around.

No legit way to bypass this OP - get a US bank account if you can and withdraw

without Paypal cash account,all you can do is transfer the Paypal fund to your bank account or ask for a check,you cant use the fund to buy or send to another account.

When I went to this it asked for FULL SSN, not last 4 digits? Which is correct.

USA PayPal accounts have been this way since February. You can use a bitcoin exchange service offered on this forum if you cannot add a US bank account for withdrawal. Fees are expensive, but something is always better than nothing.
