PayPal UK verify
 

I have a UK paypal. That I want to remove limits from. Only problem is I'm in Australia and dont have a UK bank account. Only I'd iwas given was a utility bill and a one sided photo of drives license. I've always need both sides of my license to verify myself previously with PayPal.
What's the best bank account to open online for verification purposes only
And if I can't verify do I constantly need to make new PayPal accounts? Eill that cause issues with Ebay with heap of different PayPal accounts as they will need to be in different names to the name on Ebay

Try UAccount only for verification. Remember never ever withdrew money to UAccount.
