PP Administrative email address.. how to change?
 

Does anyone know how to change the Administrative email address in business PP accounts? there is one Primary email and one Administrative email in PPfor business accounts, and everywhere I read, it says that the Administrative email address can be changed here: Profile>Multi-User Access>Change Administrative. However, i cannot find this link in my PP Multi User access page.

The account is verfied, 1000+ rating, over 3 years old, and multi-user function is set up. I have more than 3 email addy on the PP account. Everything should be there to enable a change of admin address when i log in as the administrator.. anyone know whats going on?

Go to profile and view email addresses. You'll see your email addresses listed on your account. You can make changes there.

cant change administrative email.. that option is not available on the profiles>email

i read many places that it should be at the Multiple User section under profiles. its just not available on mine for some reason. i remember changing it a long time ago as well... but cant remember exactly how...

is it safe to call them?
