Do I have the correct Info to restart?

I’m ready to create PayPal with new SSN, Phone number, Laptop. What else should I be expecting? Is address on the PayPal account relevant at all? Also I assume my house IP is flagged, If I use the Starbucks wifi few blocks from my house would that be an issue? Btw my intend is to sell digital products on Ebay, my last PayPal survived more than a year and never had issue with eBay.

There are several flaws in your procedure and it's very important to get everything right, otherwise you'll waste time, money and effort. Start with purchasing the stealth guide and reading these forums for updates. There's so much information you'll need to learn. Good luck!
