Hi there,

I have an issue with the buyer.

She said that my hoodie is not as described " it’s not just the faulty size. The design on it is faded, horriblely dine and looks nothing like the picture. But the fact that you called it a dress, and it’s obviously a dress in the picture, is false advertising as well. I want what I ordered or my money back. You are trying to get away with selling something that was nothing like what I ordered. " and will claim in PayPal.

I made the little mistake when I said that the hoodie is dress.

The buyer said that the hoodie is fade out, not as the picture in ads.
However, they are the same.

So I asked her to give me more pictures to show her issue.

Please give me advise. Is there any chances for me to win the claim in PayPal?

There's a slim chance winning NAD disputes.
Buyer will return the item to you, and you will refund him/her.
Nothing else you can do, sadly.

Buyer always has the upper hand when wanting to return an item.

Your "return policy" means nothing; eBay always overrides it.

Ebay 30 days money back guarantee will ask her to return the item,since you are in Vietnam,it could cost her mucho to ship with tracking.
You are supposed to reimburse her for return shipping but no way to enforce it,unless Ebay debits your seller account.
