Does a purchase with the debit card count as a withdrwal?

Do purchases on the paypal debit card count the same as withdrawls? I know I can't take out more than 500 per month through my bank account, but do the debit purchases count towards this?

What is the monthly limit on debit purchases? Or is there one?

$2K a month,
And yes it does count...

If you have bank and debit then theres no limit
you just need 2 of the following
Bank acc, Credit/debit or SSN
