PayPal limited for nothing?
 

Hello, so I was using an eBay stealth account, now, after 2 months selling on it, the account got a selling restriction and I can not sell anything anymore, but that's not the case, in the PayPal account I have 300 pounds on hold as I sold many items there, everything was perfect, I could send it to another paypal account and then withdraw the money to my bank account, but today, it got limited, I didn't do anything wrong, I was still using IPBurger when logging in and stuff.

The eBay account is not suspended, I can buy items with it and it shows the profile when I search by usernames, it's just that I can not sell anymore

I tried, waited for 20 minutes for nothing, they don't pick up

Alright, so I had sent them a message and I got a response, I need to add a bank account, but how do I do that?http://prntscr.com/oww1hg

Yeah and then what? How do I find the sort number and account number?
