New PayPal ‘Please Help’ :)
 

I was recently banned off PayPal for being a high risk user. I’m thinking about making a stealth PayPal account and I’ve read the guide already but here’s the problem. In Canada, they ask to show proof of address including a utility bill or something like that. So there’s basically no way for me to bypass this, I would have to use the same address. All the other stuff is all different, my name is under my brothers, number, card details, IP address, but that won’t matter cause my address will be same. Is there any way for me to bypass this, would love any suggestions thank u!!

A utility bill is the easiest thing to get 'creative' with - especially if you receive it as an e-bill in PDF format...

No need to rely on any ones elses information. Also providing the information they want is not too hard...

If you used a datacenter ip on that paypal dont even bother submitting docs.

What do u mean by datacenter ip, sorry not very familiar with some terms. I used a IP burger dedicated IP address

just use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address and edit the utility bill simple
