Creating PayPal business account

There is an option on my legal (banned on ebay) PayPal "create new business account". With new name, bank account, address, phone #, etc.
The question is : is it safe to do this. Will ebay get information from my first, not business account?

Why not continue using that paypal account on a new ebay account with a variation of your existing / banned address ?

Many of us in the UK are still doing this (myself included) and it appears to work perfectly.

Just get a fresh paypal and fresh ebay going as well on the side, so a true stealth account.
