Do you think VmWare is necessary ?
 

I usually do open a new windows account with each new Paypal account,

however do you think its necessary to go to the extra step of using this

inside a vmware firefox virtual browser , as the ghost accounts book mentions?

is that a bit excessive if you already opened a new windows account shouldn't that be sufficient?

For eBay and PayPal? Not at all.

I’ll stick to new user accounts.

It takes less than 30 seconds to switch between user accounts. That way no chance of screwing up logging into the wrong account from the wrong IP because you will already be logged in. When you have a strong stealth account that is almost always how you get shut down again.

dedicated means, already used IP but the consistently same IP
where as

fresh dedicated means Never used IP but also consistently same IP

is this correct ?

The only time I see VMware of benefit is if lets say you've got 10 accounts. You access them all very regularly.

So set up Virtual machines for each, put a VPN on each, and now you don't need to faff around with logging on/off user accounts, logging IPs etc. you can just move between accounts like switching tabs on a browser.

Why don't you see a benefit of VMware for a single account? Because of the hassle of spinning up the VM each time?
