Paypal says unusual activity and need photo id to access my funds
 

I just got this paypal acct aprox 2 weeks ago and linked it to my stealth ebay acct. I haven't done anything with it since other than a week ago changed password. This is my first sale and when I went to withdraw funds it read due to unusual acount activity we have limited your acct and beed photo id to resolve. Obviously, I do not have a photo id for my stealth acct. Please help! It is linked to my bank acct with my real bank info and name etc... I also wonder if it is safe to print shippjng label from ebay to my wifi printer that i used before on my old ebay acct.?

What kind of IP address solution are you using?
How much was your first sale?
How long did you wait after receiving funds to trying to withdrawal it?
