ebay fee without PayPal cash account

Hi, I haven't set up PayPal cash account, account in good standing.

I set PayPal is my auto payment method for eBay fee. As I don't have PayPal cash account, 2 questions.

1. I won't able to pay the eBay fee by the PayPal balance?

2. All the fee will be debited from my bank account linked to PayPal?

1. Nope since it's not a PP cash account.

2. If you have a bank account attached, you can withdraw to it or fees can be taken from the bank account

without a Paypal cash account,all you can do is to withdraw the Paypal fund to your bank account,you cant send payment to others or buy stuff with it.
