Should I open an business EIN if my items > 1k?

I am starting from a fresh new account,
if i am eventually going to be selling expensive items costing more than 1k, does it make sense to open this account using a business EIN to start off with or will i be able to make do by 'rotating' accounts ?

I like the idea of rotating accounts - even though it takes more effort and diligence
