Can I make new Paypal after my first one was perm limited?
 

I've my main paypal permanently limited like 1-2 years ago, Was thinking about opening a new paypal under my same real name but not gonna use it for eBay, for twitch for example can I do that or it will be linked? "IP and everything like windows will be changed"

Paypal has my passport for the permanent limited account, However I've renewed my passport.

What I can do while creating the new account is changing the IP/Windows and everything will it have a linking problem or in the future?

If you use the same name ONLY it might be doable.
Any other item that is similar to your old account will exponentially increase the risk of this new account being shut down. Example - same address, same phone number, type of activity, etc.

I can change the phone number and everything, not same activity though and also the problem will be on the same address, about the name I can play around my last name and it will be completely legal as I can pick up one of my fifth or my 6th family name as Last name and will be shown on my passport too...
The passport will also have a different Photo ID as I've already renewed it.

Depends on how far they will go to find out if your new passport is linked to your old passport.

No Idea about if they can link my passport.

The renewed passport has the same identification number though?
