Ebay suspended but not Paypal, can I still use paypal ?
 

I did not link the ebay and paypal account together.

i think ebay got blocked bc of the google voice number.

HOWEVER,

the paypal account did not get suspended, in fact i was able to verify the paypal account I same name & IP to create it




WOULD I STill be able to use the paypal account in the future & Just swap Out the ebay account in the future ?

like i said i believe it wasn't an IP issue, but a google voice issue that got me blocked on the ebay side.

if you have not linked your Paypal account with your Ebay account,Ebay would not know your new Ebay account is linked to your old Ebay account via the same Paypal account.
But have you made attempt to link your Paypal account with your Ebay account before it was suspended?

not quite sure what you mean by linking the paypal with the ebay

the information between them is same, but i have never paid or did anything with the ebay account.
