Due to International Regulations, this transaction has been declined

Hi guys,

Getting the following message when checking out from an online shop integrated with a China-based Paypal account:

Due to International Regulations, this transaction has been declined

Shop sells accessories like 20.00usd earrings, nothing branded.

Please do advise on why this would be happening.

Try messaging PayPal to find out,one thing I do however know is you can’t send money from one PayPal China to another China PayPal no matter what since it’s against the country’s regulations,if your PayPal isn’t in China then this would not affect you but other countries have other different regulations and you would need a simple email or call to find out what those restrictions are
