Paypal asking for ID and proof of purchase
 

after i made my 2nd sale (16gb ram, new, sealed, kingston) PayPal asked me to confirm ID, fulfullment, proof of purchase and explain where did i get the money from (obviously i got them from eBay). Account is temporarily suspended untill mid oct (probably permanentely after if i don't submit what i have been asked) form making purchases, payments or withrawing.
I have refunded the buyers for those 2 items, so no funds on paypal.

I guess that the paypal is now done.

eBay account is new, not restricted yet. Any point making a new paypal to add to it or i can forget about eBay as well ?

your old and new Paypal account wll have something in common-your Ebay account.s
so if the old one is suspended because you dont give them what they ask for,then your new Paypal account would be restricted
ditch that Ebay account and start all over with both new eBAY and new Paypal account.
But Paypal could still ask you the same documents if you continue to sell the in same category .
