Paypal business account requesting more info. HELP!!!
 

I currently have a business account started up and paypal is asking for additional information. I can still withdraw and send payments, but they want this additional info to substantiate my account. This is what they are asking for:

Restriction Appeal

PayPal requires a copy of certain documents for verification purposes to return your account to regular standing.

Please submit each of the following documents: Help

Information about the nature of your organization and the type of payments you intend to process with PayPal

Please make sure that the documentation you provide is up-to-date and legible. The name and address on your documentation must correspond with the information registered on your PayPal account. Your documentation cannot be older than 6 months. Send only documents received by mail (online statements cannot be accepted). Send all the information and documents required as soon as possible to complete the review process.

What should I be providing them? my business is an LLC with at DBA.

I suggest calling them and ask them what specific documents they want to see.

I would call them as well. Their request isn't very specific and I have never even heard of that one.

Thank you I will call them on this and see what specifically they are asking for. I already sent them a voided check and ein information. They are also requesting business registration information. I am not limited from withdrawing or accepting payments. I just got this up and running and received a $1k payment last night. This is what I woke up to this morning. Do you think it is safe to withdraw money?

So, what happened? It would be good info!
