Paypal Debit Card not accept it
 

Hi added my debit card from Bank of America USA to my paypal account, I put the code they sent me to my bank statement and the card was linked successfully, now I can't purchase anything where paypal is accepted, why this issue?... this is the massage appears when paying:

Add a different card to your account
Sorry, your MASTERCARD-xxxx is not accepted. Please add another card to complete your payment.

Are you in the US as your flag suggests? Are you purchasing items in the US? If not, you need to call BOA and have them set your debit card up for international payments.

I am in Dominican Republic with Dominican Republic Paypal account, added my BOA debit card and was linked successfully, called BOA to notify my billing address. I am purchasing items in the US. eBay.com

agent006140 I don't understand what you mean, my paypal account is from Dominican Republic and I called my bank to put the same billing address I have in Dominican Republic, so both my Paypal and my debit card have the same addresses.

I mean your flag showing US in your Aspkin account,before we reply,we look at where you are from and your flag said you are in USA.

tHERE is another thread somewhere on this forum that BOA accounts in FLORIDA are being rejected by Paypal as many account holders are NOT in USA?????????

Ok no problem in my case, both countries are accepted using USA Debit/Credit Cards and Bank Accounts for Dominican Republic Paypal accounts, no issues for both countries, some issue from Paypal I think, I'll call Paypal again to ask what's the issue, because I called them and the representative did something in the system and my card was accepted, but now the issue is that I cannot purchase anything with Paypal...
